Hiiro no Kakera is the story of Tamaki Kasuga, a teenage girl who returns to the small village of her ancestors and discovers that she is the next in line to become the Tamayori Princess after her grandmother. Her destiny is to prevent the evil Logos from destroying the world by obtaining the magical sword Onikirimaru. She is aided in her mission by five handsome young guardians who vow to protect her.
