Osaki-Ko, or O-chan, is an Osaki - fox spirit who appears in Hiiro No Kakera. She acts as a guide and friends to Tamaki Kasuga and becomes one of her constant companions. It is revealed that as an Osaki, she acts as a protecting and guiding spirit for the Tamayori Princess.
It isn't clear if O-chan is a male or female, but Tamaki initially referred to her as a she.
Appearance[]
O-chan is a snowy white fox spirit with blue eyes. She possesses two tails and bears a blue spirit mark on her forehead.
Powers[]
O-chan, as a guardian spirit of the Tamayori Princess, is capable of traveling in Tamaki's shadow. When she does so, she is invisible, even to Tamaki.
O-chan is capable of sharing her senses with Tamaki, enabling her to see and even hear through the Osaki's eyes and ears.
O-chan is also capable of sharing her spiritual powers to the Tamayori Princess. When she does this, she loses physical form and transforms into a translucent blue circlet around Tamaki's brow. As a result, Tamaki is granted the sacred robes and the full powers of the Tamayori Princess, making her untouchable by dark or demonic magic.

O-chan holds a bond with Tamaki Kasuga and seems to share one with Yuuichi Komura, as well. O-chan is always by Tamaki's side to help her through tough situations by mewing in which gives her the confidence to move forward.
